This website is operated by Heavy Duty Tree Supply ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Online store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to purchase from us. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but we don't guarantee that descriptions, colors, or images are error-free. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, and will refund you in full if we cancel a paid order.

Orders and payment

Many of our products are used in tree work, climbing, rigging and other hazardous activities. These products must be used only by trained, qualified people, following the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and inspection requirements and all applicable safety standards (such as ANSI Z133). You are responsible for selecting, inspecting, using and retiring equipment correctly. Tree work is inherently dangerous; you assume the risks of these activities.

Products are covered only by any warranty provided by their manufacturer. Except as required by law, we provide products "as is" and make no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavy Duty Tree Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
