The Notch ROOK is a triple-attachment swivel pulley made by Rock Exotica in the USA. Use it on a rope bridge, as a prusik-minding pulley, on a lanyard or flipline, or as a redirect. The swivel reduces twisting, and the attachment holes are rubber-lined to limit carabiner movement.
